Kathy Grimes
Senior Vice President of Support Services, Subsidiary President

Kathy leads the support services corporate departments and also leads our Education Division subsidiaries. Kathy brings more than 35 years of government contracting operations and finance experience to the team. She is also active in the local business community including involvement in the local Rotary.

Bill Rogers
Senior Vice President of Legal Services, General Counsel
U.S. Air Force & Air National Guard Veteran

Bill is a seasoned executive leader, legal counsel, and strategist within the government sector. He leads the legal, human resources, risk and industrial security teams, and serves as General Counsel. During his military services he served as Deputy Staff Judge Advocate for the Air Force Space Command, received the Bronze Star and Defense Meritorious Service Medal, to name a few achievements.

Chris Crosta
VP of Business Development

Chris brings over 15 years of experience dedicated to business development for Alaska Native Corporations and Tribes, particularly in government contracting services. He is responsible for leading and developing the business development team to support organizational growth for CGS and its subsidiaries.

Hannah Kelley
Vice President of Finance

Hannah is a Chugach homegrown finance leader with over 21 years of experience in government contracting accounting, strategy, management and compliance. She is a seasoned team-builder successfully driving large teams towards a common goal and strategic vision. Hannah is an active participant in her professional and local communities.

Karl Bruening
Vice President of Business Intelligence and Innovation
U.S. Army Veteran & currently serving in the Alaska Army National Guard

With over 20 years of operations, project management and leadership experience in the government sector, Karl leads our technology, innovation and quality initiatives including our award winning programs, ChAMP™ and CEMS™, driving their strategic growth and development.

Doug Taylor

Doug brings a depth of knowledge and experience in operations, program management, information systems, asset management and base operation support, to name a few, in the government sector. He is the leader for several of our subsidiaries focused primarily on facilities maintenance and management services.

Bill Martz
Subsidiary President

Bill is a seasoned executive leader largely focused on our construction services with an established track record of efficiently managing multiple locations. He is highly successful developing construction and maintenance divisions, creating and managing budgets, optimizing operations, staff development, and implementing risk assessment and mitigation strategies to ensure high standards of excellence and reliability.

Mark Miller
Subsidiary President

Mark Miller leads many of our technical services subsidiaries. With over 30 years of professional experience in business development, project management and customer interface particularly in information technology and services within the Department of Defense. He’s also skilled in Program Management Development/Government (PDM) and Strategic Planning Office (PMO) methodologies.

William Byrum
Subsidiary General Manager

William provides over 30 years of government contracting experience including over 25 years supporting the intelligence community. His array of knowledge includes design and investigative engineering, performance and accountability for O&M and construction programs, and customer relations. He is a subsidiary leader within our facilities maintenance and management services and construction services.

Jeffrey is a leader with over 25 years of experience leading dynamic teams and providing innovative solutions to support organizational development, budgeting, process improvement and project management. From his time in service, he’s worked in all over the U.S. and nearly every corner of the world including Asia, Europe, South America and the Middle East. He is a subsidiary leader within our facilities maintenance and management services.

Greg is a proven leader with over 30 years of experience delivering complex technical services including systems engineering, information technology and cybersecurity products and services to federal customers. He is a subsidiary leader for our technical services division focused on cybersecurity.
