Tim Davis appointed to Vice President, Strategy & Operations

Chugach Government Solutions, LLC, (CGS) is pleased to welcome Tim Davis in the roles of VP, Strategy and Operations. Davis will be responsible for ensuring the strategies of the organization, led by the CGS President, are effectively implemented and coordinated across the CGS enterprise.  

Tim Davis is an U.S. Navy Reserve Officer who enlisted in response to 9/11. He brings over 25 years of experience with a proven track record transforming enterprise operations and driving performance through strategic planning and execution. With his progressive strategic leadership experience, he brings a depth of knowledge in many areas including operational level planning, customer relationship management, stakeholder engagement and analysis, and military intelligence and leadership.

Most recently, Davis served as an International Business Development & Strategy Executive for Raytheon Intelligence & Space where he supported Indo-Pacific Command, European Command, regional allies and partners. Additionally, previous experience includes serving as a Strategy & Operations Consultant on Deloitte Consulting LLP and Booz Allen Hamilton’s Intelligence Community (IC) teams; International Contracts Representative at Sandia National Laboratories International Security Programs where he supported the Department of Energy’s weapons of mass destruction (WMD) counter-proliferation programs in Russia, the Middle East and North Africa; Account Representative – Algeria and Morocco at Harris Corporation (RF Communications); and International Programs Coordinator at Center for International Trade & Security.

Davis has a Bachelor of Arts in History from The George Washington University, a Master of Business Administration specializing in Marketing and Finance from Mercer University, and a Master of International Management specializing in Country Risk & Business Intelligence and Technology Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management. He is fluent in French and Italian.
