During his military services he served as Deputy Staff Judge Advocate for the Air Force Space Command, received the Bronze Star and Defense Meritorious Service Medal, to name a few achievements.

With over 30 years of professional experience in business development, project management and customer interface particularly in information technology and services within the Department of Defense. He’s also skilled in Program Management Development/Government (PDM) and Strategic Planning Office (PMO) methodologies.
