(Anchorage, AK) – Chugach Government Solutions, LLC (CGS), is pleased to announce the addition of two distinguished executives to its leadership team. Ken Ackerman has joined as Vice President, Human Resources, and Isaac Fawehinmi, CPA, has been appointed Vice President, Controller.

Ken Ackerman – Vice President, Human Resources

Ken Ackerman is a seasoned human resources executive with over 20 years of experience leading organizational transformation and strategic HR initiatives across federal contracting, defense, and professional services sectors. Before joining CGS, Ken served as Executive Director of Human Resources at V2X, where he oversaw corporate learning and development, employee experience, and philanthropic strategies for a workforce of 16,000 employees. His leadership resulted in increased employee engagement, improved onboarding processes, and significant cost savings through vendor consolidation.

Ken also held key roles at Booz Allen Hamilton, where he led talent planning and integration and Rummel, Klepper & Kahl as Chief Human Resources Officer, managing HR strategy for a 1,500-person workforce. Earlier, he advanced HR initiatives at Northrop Grumman, Legg Mason Investments, and Lockheed Martin, gaining extensive experience in HRIS implementation, Benefit Planning and Administration, Employee Development, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Workforce Planning.

Ken holds an MBA from Loyola University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Business and Managerial Economics from Florida A&M University. He is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the HR Certification Institute.

Isaac Fawehinmi, CPA, VP, Controller

Isaac Fawehinmi – Vice President, Controller

Isaac Fawehinmi is an accomplished corporate finance leader with over two decades of experience driving financial management, compliance, and operational excellence across both federal contracting and commercial sectors.

Prior to joining CGS, Isaac served as Vice President of Accounting & Finance at All Native Group, where he led strategic pricing, financial planning, and systems optimization—contributing to more than $500 million in contract wins and consistent year-over-year growth.

Previously, he spearheaded financial integration and ERP implementation efforts at USA Millwork, significantly improving reporting capabilities and reducing costs. He has also held senior leadership roles at Sev1Tech, DTI Management, and ImmixGroup, where he managed forecasting, audits, and financial systems while supporting mergers and acquisitions and ensuring compliance with GAAP and federal regulations.

Recognized for his ability to lead high-performing teams, streamline operations, and deliver actionable financial insights, Isaac holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Wesley College and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Virginia.
