Coming Soon! CGS is transforming how we support employees and managers with Dayforce launching April 2026. This streamlined self-service platform offers quick access to time-tracking, pay details, time off balances, and benefits all in one place. Plus, managers will gain powerful tools to better support their teams.

MyChugach provides employees access to important employment information, including pay history, W-2s, timesheets, and benefits details.

With the launch of Dayforce, MyChugach will be retired. However, it will remain available as the resource for historical pay information, such as pay stubs issued prior to the Dayforce launch.

Office 365 gives you secure access to your Chugach email, calendar, and collaboration tools—including Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint—so you can communicate, share documents, and stay connected with your team.

You can sign in to Office 365 using your Chugach credentials from approved devices, whether you are working on site or remotely.

The CGS Service Desk is available for employees Monday through Friday, 4:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Alaska Time). The Service Desk observes CGS holidays.

Support is still available after hours. When you call, you may choose to be connected to the on-call support technician for urgent issues requiring immediate assistance, or leave a voicemail and your request will be addressed on the next business day.

The Chugach Ethics & Compliance Hotline is a confidential, toll-free resource operated by an independent third party and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You may use the hotline to raise concerns related to topics such as accounting irregularities, conflicts of interest, harassment or discrimination, misuse of company information or funds, safety or environmental concerns, or violations of company policy.

You may also report concerns directly to your supervisor, Human Resources, or any member of management.
