Chugach Government Solutions Welcomes Eric Bowen to Elevate Customer Alignment and Enhance Support to U.S. Army Priorities

Anchorage, AK — Chugach Government Solutions (CGS) is pleased to welcome Eric Bowen as its newest Business Development Executive, focused on expanding CGS’s support to the U.S. Army. Bowen joins CGS as a seasoned Army acquisition and C5ISR leader with more than 22 years of uniformed and civilian experience advancing intelligence, cyber, tactical networks, electronic warfare, test, and modernization programs across the Army enterprise.
In this role, Bowen will drive strategic opportunity development, expand customer engagement, and strengthen CGS’s alignment with Army priorities ensuring the company delivers solutions that enhance readiness, accelerate modernization, and support Soldiers at the tactical edge.
CGS has long supported Army missions through base operations, specialized engineering support, test and evaluation capabilities, and modernization efforts. The addition of Bowen reflects CGS’s continued commitment to bringing deeply experienced acquisition and mission focused leadership to its Army partnerships.
Bowen’s background includes leading multi-billion dollar C5ISR pipelines, leading ACAT II intelligence and electronic warfare programs, guiding Army G2 modernization strategies, and managing test activities. His experience driving capability integration, from Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) modernization to Modular Open Systems Approach based (MOSA) prototyping to operational test and evaluation, directly aligns to Army priorities around data-centric operations, modernization pathways, and multi-domain readiness.
