About Ralph Gibson, Director of Capture
With more than 25 years of business development and capture leadership, Ralph Gibson brings extensive experience in federal, state, and municipal contracting, with deep specialization in complex OCONUS logistics, facilities, and multi‑functional service programs. His background includes leading major capture efforts across Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Department of War (DOW) agencies, developing high‑value pipelines, and forming strategic teaming relationships to advance competitive positioning.

She is known for developing compliant, compelling proposal products; managing cross‑functional teams; and optimizing workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the proposal lifecycle. Her background spans complex $500M+ pursuits, content development, strategic win theme creation, and proposal team leadership.
