Shanna Staten, Business Development Executive

Anchorage, AK – Chugach Government Solutions (CGS) is excited to announce Shanna Staten as the company’s new Business Development Executive dedicated to advancing growth across the U.S. Air Force market. In this role, Ms. Staten will guide strategic opportunity development, customer engagement, and enterprise capture activities supporting CGS’s Air Force mission portfolio.

Ms. Staten brings more than 25 years of experience in information technology and leadership, including over six years supporting business development and capture efforts within the U.S. Air Force and broader Department of War (DoW) community. She is known for her collaborative approach and ability to cultivate trusted relationships across government and industry.

Ms. Staten is an active leader in the defense community. She serves as President of the Dayton-Wright Chapter of AFCEA, sits on the AFCEA International Board of Directors, and contributes to multiple committees supporting collaboration and innovation.

She holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Wright State University.
