Chugach Government Solutions, LLC (CGS), is pleased to welcome Virginia Robinson to the CGS team in the role of SVP, Chief Legal Officer (CLO). In this role, Robinson will oversee all legal, compliance, and governance matters, providing strategic counsel to support the company’s continued growth and commitment to excellence in government contracting.
With a career spanning nearly two decades, Robinson has established herself as a trusted legal advisor and business strategist. Prior to joining CGS, Robinson served as General Counsel, Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer, and Corporate Secretary at Tlingit Haida Tribal Business Corporation, where she was instrumental in guiding the organization through complex legal and regulatory challenges.
Her background includes leadership roles at Amentum and DynCorp International, where she played a key role in corporate compliance, employment law, and risk management. A seasoned legal executive, Robinson has successfully defended major litigation cases, led corporate governance initiatives, and advised on mergers, acquisitions, and business growth strategies.

Robinson holds a Juris Doctor from Washington and Lee University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Pennsylvania State University. She is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional – International (CCEP-I) and an active member of the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC). She has been recognized for her leadership and contributions to the legal field, including receiving the ACC National Capital Region Outstanding CLO Award – In-House Innovator (2024) and being named one of the DCA Live Power Women of GovCon (2024).
